St. Joseph's Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Advanced Practitioner to join our team at St. Joseph's Health Cardiovascular Institute, located in our Camillus Medical Center campus, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, and Primary Care. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and new graduates looking to advance their careers in Cardiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Cardiologists on site, in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Provide follow-up care under the supervision of Cardiologists.
- Engage with a diverse patient population in a high-volume practice, with a focus on cardiology.
- Utilize Epic as our electronic medical record (EMR) system for efficient patient management.
