Our center offers a safe, youth-friendly space where integrated mental health services address mild to moderate mental health, physical health, substance use, and employment/education support. Guided by a Youth Advisory Group, allcove reflects the unique culture of the communities it serves, decreasing stigma and empowering early help-seeking.
As the Clinical Leader, you will be pivotal in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services. Your leadership will ensure evidence-based practices are implemented, and your passion for youth wellness will help drive GSUL's mission of supporting the mental health needs of underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Delivery: Provide clinical leadership and ensure evidence-based care is delivered across behavioral health services. Develop clinical governance processes and ensure high-quality, youth-centered care.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Youth Advisory Group, center staff, contractors, and community-based providers to create a holistic care environment.
- Manage Clinical Resources: Coordinate flexible staffing and manage client caseloads to ensure responsive service delivery. Actively supervise staff, including interns and fellows, to enhance their professional growth.
- Promote Excellence in Care: Engage in direct service delivery during high-demand periods and actively participate in the management team, driving strategic planning and service improvements.
- Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong partnerships with health, behavioral health, and psychosocial service providers to deliver comprehensive support to young people.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and identify areas for clinical improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Full licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, verified with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). (Associate-level licensure is not accepted.)
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults, with a focus on behavioral health interventions, group facilitation, and evidence-based care.
- Skills: Proficiency in screening, assessment, care planning, clinical record systems, and data management. Strong leadership in a multidisciplinary team setting and familiarity with outcome measurement tools.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, an ability to foster collaboration, and a proven commitment to youth-centered clinical care.
