We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and treatment plans to assist patients in achieving their physical therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
- Use manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for continued progress at home.
- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay current on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care for patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
