Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to restore and improve their physical mobility and function through individualized treatment plans and exercises. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing treatment goals, and providing hands-on therapy to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and current condition to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Use a variety of techniques, such as massage, stretching, and exercise, to improve patients' range of motion and reduce pain.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques to promote healing and prevent further injury.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
