- Location:Lombard, IL.
- Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
- Hours: Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient is at 6pm)

Responsibilities- Collaborate with Duly Health and Care physicians spanning various specialties, eliminating marketing and scheduling pressures through an in-house network of referrals.
- Access opportunities for onsite continuing education and CEU funds to pursue education beyond Duly Health and Care.
- Experience a healthy work/life balance, a shared value among therapists across the organization.
- Participate in sporting and community events within the surrounding neighborhoods.
- Pursue growth opportunities, including mentorship and development for therapists aspiring to leadership roles.
Qualifications- Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
