Summary
We are looking for a dedicated APP for a full-time position available at the EZCare in West Branch, located in the West Branch Meijer!
- Full time
- Monday-Friday with hours 9 am – 6 pm
- No weekends
- Closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving
Responsibilities
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Low acuity visits and patient assessments
Certifications and Licensures
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health’s credentialing process.
