Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ER Holding 48’s
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- NC License
- 2 Years’ Experience or 1 year with travel experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH
- MOAB
- IV Start and Telemetry skills required
- NIH preferred
- Electronic Documentation preferred
Other Details:
- Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
- Floating required as needed to similar units
- Patient Population: General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry /medical telemetry.
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Schedule:
12hr DAYS Fri-Mon schedule (may be required to work a week day holiday shift)
Will accept 48HRS.
Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
FLOATING REQUIRED as needed to similar units.
WEEKEND Schedule: Friday-Monday
Patient Population: General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry /medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures. Including medical tele patients. Overflow for winter census. Daily Census= 18. PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, with NIH preferred.
Skills Required: IV Start and Telemetry.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years or 1 year with travel exp.
Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes.
36hrs of Orientation.
Unit: 102-1300-14811 – 3rd East Tower CDU Med/surg
