Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Medical Surgical
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- MI license
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- AHA BLS
Others:
- 10 Bed ER Overflow
- Will float to other Med Surg units
Information Regarding Observation Unit:
10 Bed ER Overflow
Focus on constant reassessment of readiness of patients for discharge. This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients.
Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.
Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units:
We all see a good mix of medical patients.
Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights. Ratios may flex to 8 patients, but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instances.
Must be willing to work with a variety of staff (i.e., RN, LPN, Techs, etc.)
Other Requirements:
- Cannot guarantee/approve block scheduling at this time
- There is no guarantee that holiday time off requests will be accepted as holidays are usually required.
