Social Worker LCSW:
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
- 2 years Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Care Management: Experience in acute care settings.
- Experience in perinatal social work, mental health, and/or child/family services.
Social Worker MSW:
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Social Worker.
- Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire or Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Oregon Masters Social Worker License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.
Salary Range by Location:
Social Worker LCSW, (Portland, OR) Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67
Social Worker MSW, (Portland, OR) Min: $34.62, Max: $54.81
