This expansion increased emergency and trauma services, as well as the surgical unit and intensive care offerings.

Responsibilities
Position floats between Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
Provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources, and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates patient flow on the unit to facilitate the provision of timely and effective care
- Provides direct patient care as appropriate to meet the needs of the patients and department
- Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or charge nurse experience
- ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent
- Current AZ State RN license in good standing
- Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
- Current American Heart Association ACLS
