A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that our patient care is efficient, organized, and excellent. You administer medication, review nurse duties, follow care plans, and document patient care and other information in our EMR system. You also delegate tasks to CNAs and nursing assistants as needed. Your ability to be reliable and make informed decisions is very important in this role and helps you get your patients the care that they need. You feel a great sense of accomplishment knowing that your efforts ensure that residents are properly cared for.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
- LPN license and in good standing with the state of Oregon
