Position Overview
The Conveyancing Fee Earner will play a crucial role in delivering expert residential property legal services to clients, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the firm's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with referrers and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties
- Proactively update clients on transaction progress
- Handle contract checks, mortgage reports, and search results
- Manage exchange of contracts and completion of purchase
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes from start to finish
- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and articulate
- Driven to develop legal career and progress quickly
- Team-orientated approach to work
