The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Home Care provides care to 22 counties in and around the Kansas City Metro and has one of the lowest hospital readmission rates in the region, a testament to our high-quality care.
Saint Luke’s Home Health is looking for a Home Health Aide to join their team. In this position, you will assist with ADLs and provide care to patients in their home according to the care plan provided by the care team of Nurses, Case Managers, and Therapists. You will see 5 patients a day.
Shift: Full-time: Monday – Friday, No nights, No Weekends, No Holidays
The Work:
- The Nurse Aide provides care according to the patient needs as directed by the clinician.
- The Nurse Aide assists in the patient care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion.
- The Nurse Aide collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

We are looking for considerate, empathetic, and detail-oriented Home Health Aide professionals who will follow a care plan accurately and are confident in their skills. We are looking for professionals who can take initiative, have strong time management, can work independently, and recognize when to call the Case Manager for support. To be successful, you will have to be professional, dependable, and require little direction in your day-to-day work.

- Less than 1 year
- Cert Nurse Aide (MO) - Missouri Division of Health and Human Services
- Cert Nurse Assistant (KS) - Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services
- Home Health Aide Certificate (KS) - Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services
