About the Role:
- Located in a beautiful mountain area in the Berkshires region
- M-F, Outpatient Clinic
- Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting for patients of all ages.
- Full scope of primary medical care including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
- Medication and chronic disease management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- 1+ year of experience in a Primary Care setting
- Ability to hold a Massachusetts state license
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
