Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Northeast Utah
We are looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner who is interested in working in an established clinic on the hospital campus since one has moved due to a changing family situation. A candidate with a Primary Care background would be preferable. We need a NP who is currently practicing or is out of school and available immediately. This is a hospital employed position with standard business hours, M-F.
Negotiable salary of about $90 - $95K with a production incentive representing another 25% of the base. Relocation of around $5k - $10K is available, along with negotiable student loan repayment with a 5-year contract. It has not been determined if there will be call, but if call is involved, it will be 1:4 Saturdays from 9 am – 1 pm. You will have physician support but no oversight or supervision.
Duties include, but are not limited to, a wide variety of primary care with a narrow scope of outpatient procedures. Any procedures done will be primarily minor surgery procedures and procedures associated with Occupational Health. Lab and radiology are referred to the hospital. The average number of visits per day is 25-30.
