Outstanding outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity with a well-established, innovative Federally Qualified Health Center in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.
The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct outpatient medical services. Responsibilities include:
- Render services that reflect current standards of medical care appropriate to mid-level provider training and experience, and appropriate to the local medical community.
- Coordinate and document care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management.
- Serve as a member of the health care team and assume responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.
- Work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.
- Work independently as appropriate to level of training and experience, and to solve problems.
Monday – Friday schedule with No Nights, No Weekends and No Call!
