- Full time M-F, no call, weekend or holidays. Enjoy the work life balance!
- Provide rounding and consultations in the hospital.
- Outpatient clinics see approx. 15 patients per day, addressing follow-up appointments after treatments, patient questions and concerns, investigating ongoing symptoms, new patients, and managing all inpatient calls from the nursing team.
- Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations, compile patient medical data, and assemble preliminary treatment plans.
- Order diagnostic/laboratory tests as needed and collect, interpret, and document test results for patients.
- Participate in treatment teams, develop and implement patient treatment care plans, record progress notes, and monitor therapeutic interventions.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
- The successful applicant will be a member of an interdisciplinary team and will work collaboratively with our physicians in providing vascular surgery inpatient care.
- Complete comprehensive training under the supervision of clinic physicians.
- Complete accurate charting and documentation of each patient encounter.

Qualifications
- Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse.
- DEA and CDS eligibility.
