This is an unconventional practice that will allow a tremendous amount of freedom to enjoy life to the fullest as well as practice high quality medicine. This position is great for a new grad or a seasoned practitioner that has learned that there is more to life than working 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We believe that this is the future of equine veterinary medicine and we are excited to be on the forefront of this change.
This is a salaried, on-call position. This position requires you to be on call 2-3 nights per week and every other weekend in an ambulatory equine practice setting. On average, you could expect to see 2-3 cases per shift. In exchange for being on call you will have EVERY WEEKDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF. Coming to work for us means that you will get a salary and not have any quotas to fill or metrics to meet. If you join us, there will be no more invasions on your personal time because when you are not on call you will not have any client responsibilities. You will be supplied with a fully stocked truck and any equipment that you need. You will have access to in-house and on-truck bloodwork.

This position will require night and weekend on call in an ambulatory setting. There will also be weekly practice rounds where we can all discuss cases being seen and plans to improve services. Minimum Requirements: DVM, DEA registration eligible, and ability to be licensed in Kentucky and Indiana are required.
