We are currently seeking compassionate CNAs/NAs to join our team in Kaneohe at our Oahu location. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our elderly clients, assisting them with their daily living activities and overall well-being. We offer competitive compensation with an hourly rate ranging from $18 to $25, paid on a weekly basis. Your schedule will be flexible, accommodating your availability. Furthermore, you will receive extensive training and support from our experienced team, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans.
- Provide transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Possess physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
