JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Duties include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Assure that the safety and physical comfort of the patient are met as well as the patient's emotional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active applicable state licensure
- American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS
- Clean background check and clean drug screen
- Nursing Experience
- Requires stamina and physical strength
- Infection control
- Administering medication

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) main objective is to assure the safety and physical comfort of the residents are met as well as the patient's emotional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required
- Valid CPR certification
