Clinical Lead - £22.00 per hour - Full Time Days - RGN/ RMN/ RNLD, 36 hours per week - Small Bedded Nursing Home
The Details:
A purpose-built 26-bedded elderly & dementia nursing home is looking for their next Clinical Lead! This service had a Good CQC and is part of an award-winning organization that puts care at the forefront of all their decisions!
As a Clinical Lead, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will be assisting the Home/ Deputy Manager with CQC audits, Rota, Recruitment, Mentoring, Appraisals, and more! Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a true role model for staff members.
About You
We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
