RN's ready for Leadership - Overlake Issaquah Primary Care and Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor!
Exempt / Monday - Friday Days Variable Schedule
Rotating Leadership Weekend Coverage approximately 8 times a year and 1 holiday
Supervise day to day operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services at our Issaquah Primary Care & Urgent Care Clinics. Responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining and supervising staff’s assigned work areas and directing the work flow of patient care, scheduling and staffing of clinical staff and training and process change implementation. Implements and executes overall goals set in the department in conjunction with the Clinic Manager/Director.
Provides strong leadership, good communication skills and collaborates with other members of the health care team to determine priorities of care. In collaboration with the Clinic Manager, assist with the management of OMC services, such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate Nursing Degree required. Bachelors’ of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
Current BLS and/or ACLS (depending on location worked) certification required.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse required. Experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care or physician practice setting preferred.
Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Full understanding of ambulatory physician office practice required.
Knowledge of billing and coding highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal/people skills; Good verbal/written communication skills; Marketing/financial skills a plus.
