Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Marble Falls, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Weekend Shifts (36 hours per week)
Shift: 3 shifts per week, variable weekend shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in 3 installments within 18 months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiology procedures according to exam protocols in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow safety protocols, including infection control and radiation safety measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical imaging records.
- Troubleshoot and maintain radiology equipment, reporting issues as necessary.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members and contribute to cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Certification/License:
- ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
- Must be able to take call if required.
