About the Position
The Radiology Technologist at Legacy Community Health will perform routine diagnostic radiographs on patients as ordered by various medical providers. In this role, you will need to demonstrate a detailed understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. You will also need to possess, utilize, maintain, and enhance your knowledge of radiation safety and protection for yourself, patients, and others. The Radiologic Technologist serves as the liaison between patients, radiologists, and other members of the patient care support team.

Requirements
- Graduate of a diagnostic imaging program from an accredited school
- Medical Radiologic Technologist General Certification by the Texas Medical Board
- Radiography ARRT-R.T. (R-ARRT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- BLS Certification
- Experience with general office equipment and Digital Radiography (DR)
- 2 years of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
- Pediatric and Geriatric experience
