Compensation:
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $27.72
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $39.60
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role, you will make clinical assessments and manage treatments autonomously, contributing to a phenomenal team that works collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Provide focused care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience (ICU experience preferred but not required).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred.
- CCRN certification is a plus but must be obtained within 2 years.
- NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days of hire.
