We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team full time in Woburn, MA. We are seeking an organized team player, a great communicator, who enjoys helping others reach their health and wellness goals. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others see their full potential and to motivate/assist them to reach their true goals. You will be an essential piece of the clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with multiple health professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes, with the highest level of customer service. Prefer a PT with clinical experience, with preferably a high level of understanding and knowledge in orthopedics, but we will consider recent grads as well.

Duties:
- Performs clinical evaluations and treatments including back neck, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder.
- Integrates patient education and discharge planning into the treatment process, including goals, expectations, and potential limitations.
- Engages patient in respectful, safe, meaningful, age appropriate, functional goal directed therapy activities.
- Completes all clinical documentation per practice standards, follows HIPAA and documentation compliance standards.
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with treatment team regarding patient status, changes, progress, and recommendations.
- Supervises and trains students and Rehab Aides, acts as a resource for colleagues.
- Collaboration and oversight of PTA for shared treatment planning.
- Collaborates with team regarding clinical coverage needs for the department.
- Follows departmental policies for documentation, billing, and continuing education.
- Demonstrates professionalism and accountability.
- Attends staff meetings and continuing education.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Physical Therapy license in MA.
- Sports Medicine experience or Ortho Clinical Specialist (OCS) preferred.
- Experience preferred but will consider recent grads.
Schedule:
- Full time (Monday through Friday).
Salary (range):
- $80k-$95k plus bonus compensation and benefits!
