Traits we are looking for in a Family Nurse Practitioner are ethical integrity, ability to practice independently, and provide exceptional patient-focused care. Responsibilities include:
- Provide primary care for established and new patients of all ages
- Perform preventive visits
- Treat acute, episodic, and chronic conditions
- Establish diagnoses/differential diagnoses and create applicable treatment plans and recommendations
- Initiate referrals and consultations as needed
- Treat seasonal illnesses
- Maintain and treat chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relevant to patient needs
- Monitor effectiveness of treatment and decide best course of action
- Provide collaborative care with specialists when necessary
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey
- FNP degree from an accredited school or university
- Dedicated to patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to create a positive work environment
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Friendly and capable of respectfully communicating with both clients and staff
- Self-starter
Incentives:
- Salary of $115,000 to $130,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits package
Hours Of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
