Pro-Sal Compensation
- Guaranteed annual salary of $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience and adjusted for part-time associates based on hours worked.
- Monthly Production bonus (guaranteed to be paid on last check on every month) of 20%-22% based on experience.
Signing Bonus and Relocation:
- Sign on Bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment ($5,000-$15,000) based on experience.
- Relocation help can be discussed.
Schedule:
- 3-4 days a week (7:45am-5:30pm) - counts as full-time.
CE & Professional Memberships:
- Annual stipend for CE of your choice ($1500-2500).
- Professional Training and Development upon request.
- Membership in AVMA, VIN, WSVMA.
