Are you ready to make a profound impact in the fight against cancer? We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead and inspire our team of dedicated Oncology Infusion Pharmacists across our five Cancer Institutes located in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Fruitland, and Magic Valley.
As the Oncology Infusion Pharmacy Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-tier care to cancer patients, ensuring that every medication is prepared and distributed with precision and expertise. You’ll lead a team of pharmacy professionals in a collaborative environment where compassion meets innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your oncology infusion pharmacy team. Help shape the future of patient care by ensuring your team thrives and stays at the cutting edge of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Clinical Mentor & Expert: Serve as a clinical leader, coaching and guiding pharmacists in their daily patient care functions to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Team Development: Develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate your team’s performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating strategic goals, implementing innovative projects, and ensuring a seamless patient care experience across multiple locations.
- Champion Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that pharmacy services comply with all policies and regulatory guidelines, safeguarding patient safety and well-being.
- Manage Resources Wisely: Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency without compromising patient care.
- Innovate for Better Outcomes: Drive improvements in medication use outcomes through clinical services, staff deployment, and cutting-edge technology solutions, all while working closely with hospital leaders to optimize pharmacy services.

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Three (3) years' experience
- MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years' experience
- Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology infusion experience
- Pharmacy leadership experience
- BCOP
- PGY2 Oncology or Health Care Administration
