QuadMed is looking for an Occupational Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing care to Hemlock Semiconductor employees and dependents located in Hemlock, MI.
Schedule: PRN/ As-Needed role
Job Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
- At least three years’ experience in occupational health or a related field required.
- Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times.
