Our client is located in Baytown, Texas which is situated in the Texas Gulf Coast region right on the water. Baytown is also a short drive away to surrounding areas such as Clear Lake, Atascocita, and Kemah. With accessibility to both Galveston and Houston, you can spend your weekends at one of the most charming beach towns in the country or cheering on the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium. Practice Overview
Our client has been serving Baytown, Texas since the 1960s. Through the years, they are still true to their commitment of providing what every pet deserves – a great, healthy life. Their objective as a dedicated small animal practice is to provide every pet with the best veterinary care possible while utilizing the most up-to-date technology and consistently upholding their values of compassion and personal connection. What You’ll Be Working On
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
- Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
- Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Texas
- At least three years of experience preferred
- Experience in practicing small animal medicine, surgery, urgent care, and orthopedics
- Demonstrates commitment to providing a high level of care and service
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
