The EVERSANA Oncology Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting our client’s new product to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate pharmacists, physicians, and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, and all other developments related to promoted products. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company-defined metrics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and compliance guidelines.
- Effectively promote and educate targeted pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and staff on the use of our client’s products through various approved means.
- Work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, and report generation.
- Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity.
- Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.
- Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner.
- Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadership.
- Travel as needed throughout the territory (to include overnights) to see targeted customers.
- Travel up to 75% may be required.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited College or University is required.
- 2+ years of current related pharmaceutical/med device/medical/lab/diagnostics sales experience.
- Strong sales aptitude and documented record of sales success.
- Solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel (to include overnight) as required.
