NURSE MANAGER POSITION- BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for our client hospital in Clarksville, AR. This is a 20 bed inpatient Geriatric unit.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the adult inpatient psychiatric unit.
- Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.
- Contribute to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

Qualifications
- Requires BSN
- Master's degree preferred
- Must have at least 3 years experience managing an acute care inpatient psychiatric program in a hospital setting; or have strong acute care inpatient psychiatric experience and other management experience.
