Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

Position Type: Full-time, working 3-4 days/week. No Sundays!
Retention Bonus: Offering 10k retention bonus to new RN hires in 2024.
Schedule Overview: Opening shifts can begin as early as 4am and closing shifts may end as late as 8:30pm. The schedule is made well in advance and shifts are generally 10-12 hours long. Saturdays are rotated, and we are closed on Sundays.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in one of our outpatient dialysis centers. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Position Details:
- SCHEDULE: Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work opening and closing shifts, rotated Saturdays, and some holidays. We are closed on Sundays!
- LICENSE: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Graduate Nurse pre-licensure available in some locations.
- DEGREE: Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- TRAINING: Training may take place in a nearby clinic with teammates other than your assigned home clinic.
- Flexibility: There is the potential to float to nearby clinics.
- Compassion: A desire to deliver care empathetically and compassionately.
- Skills: Experience assessing, troubleshooting, and making sound recommendations in stressful situations; excellent communication skills; basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Home Hemodialysis (HHD) nursing experience.
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.
