Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele Float
Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36hrs per week, every other weekend
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- AZ license
- Minimum 1.5 years MS/Tele experience
- Experience w/ ratio 1:6 required
- Electronic Documentation required
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- EPIC required
- CPI preferred
- De-escalation Cert (CPI, MAB, TEAM, ETC) preferred
- Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
Other Details:
13 wks | Auto Offer | Valid AZ RN license req | BLS, ACLS req & not expiring w/n 30 days of start | CPI preferred | 1.5 yrs MS/Tele exp req | EPIC req | Unit cares for patients w/ ID, Hospice/Palliative Care, Oncology, Cardiac Acute/Med Care, Post-Surg, Bariatric, Uro, Neuro, Ortho | NO 1ST-TIME TRAVELERS/LOCALS | Required to float | Exp w/ ratio 1:6 req | 12 wknd shifts/contract, coverage every other wknd
