Senior Manager Pharmacy Business *Remote*. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.
The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Business, Networks and Compliance is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and evaluation of pharmacy business services. This position works closely with other pharmacy and healthcare leaders to ensure proper internal business and finance controls and monitoring.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or Ten years relevant work experience and an associate degree in any business field may be substituted.
Coursework/Training - Training in CAP/Workout or similar methodologies.
10 or more years Work experience in business administration healthcare setting.
5 years - Leadership in pharmacy network development and contract negotiation with comprehensive experience with contractual management and retention.
5 years - Management or supervisory experience.
5 years - Managed care pharmacy experience and expertise with legal and regulatory matters, including working with individuals responsible for legislation and regulation at the state and federal level.
5 years - Project management experience and the ability to drive results through others with positive outcomes as documented by successful completion of major projects within established deadlines.
5 years - Experience working with pharmacy leadership, other senior leaders and health care professionals.
5 years - Experience leading cross functional teams as well as ability to operate effectively and efficiently on complex, fast-paced projects.
