Liberty Tax Service is in a time of exponential growth. We are looking for a candidate that can support this growth and contribute to the Operations team through experience, innovation, and strong leadership. This position works with both Franchisees and many other corporate departments and plays an integral role in the success of our franchise organization.
Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Performance Management of assigned Franchisees for compliance with day-to-day operations, as well as compliance with all company policies.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Initiating and driving territory purchases, buybacks, swaps, and transfers.
- Constant communication and development of all direct reports and assigned franchisees.
- Monitor operational workflows and all customer opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with franchisees with a wide array of personalities and backgrounds.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and adaptable to change.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to initiate, plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Possess an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with individuals at all levels.
- Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours.
- Position may require lifting to 20lbs.
- Travel up to 25%.
