Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - (Outpatient/IOP and Inpatient Mix)
Summary:
The PMHNP would provide psychiatric care to a predominantly adult patient population that suffers from depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, Schizophrenia and other co-occurring disorders but would also see patients suffering from chemical dependency.
The ideal candidate would be Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is interested in working in a private practice setting with an interest in working with patients suffering from chemical dependency. The Psychiatrist provides very good collaborative support and training!
Highlights:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm schedule or 4/10 schedule and one weekend per month.
- Patient Adult Psychiatric Patients with a variety of Psychiatric Disorders including Medication Management.
- One new Psychiatric Evaluation every 1 hour and follow-up med/checks every 15-20 minutes.
- Working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Working in an IP|IOP|OP Setting with patients suffering from Chemical Dependency.
Requirements:
- Must be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Missouri License Preferred | PMH-Certification Required (Adult PMHNP or Family PMHNP).
- Candidates interested in working in a fast-paced and incentive-based setting with excellent collaborative support.
- Interest in working with Chemically Dependent Patients.
- Pass a Background check and credentialing.
