Our Speech Pathologist provides itinerant speech and language pathology services to students to meet the goals and objectives of each client's Individual Education Plan. At TES, you will be a part of the solution, helping us achieve goals that allow all of our clients to learn and thrive.
SALARY RANGE: $33.00 to $44.35 per hour*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

As a Speech Pathologist at TES, you will:
- Provide telecommute/remote speech services that adhere to the goals and objectives found in each student's IEP or Plan of Care
- Administer all necessary evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care
- Keep accurate records and provide updates on progress and recommendations regarding IEPs
- Communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals
You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
- Licensed as a Speech Pathologist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, hold a Pupil Service License by the Ohio Department of Education, and have your CCC, Certificate of Clinical Competence, from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a minimum of two years of experience
- Familiar with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools’ policies, rules, and regulations regarding programs and pupils
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License in good standing
- Hold valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI
- Proficient in the use of modern office technology, equipment, and procedures, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, basic email, internet, and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and software
- Auto insurance liability coverage which meets the minimum for work-related travel (25/50k liability coverage)
- Ability to travel to more than one site on any given day
- A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
Environment & Physical Qualifications: Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning/therapy model. The work environment usually comprises several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or campus facility, with supervisors traveling to multiple sites/clinics. Due to varied work environments, an employee may encounter noise levels that are moderate to loud. In addition, the job functions could include the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
