Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Medical Aesthetics Provider
The Dermatology Center of Indiana is recruiting a Medical Aesthetics Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to split time between our growing dermatology and medical aesthetics practices in Plainfield, Greenwood, and Zionsville, Indiana. You will be supported by exceptional practice managers, clinical support staff, and powerhouse back-office teams, allowing you to focus your time on providing great patient care. This position will be supervised by a full-time board-certified dermatologist.

Responsibilities:
- Build and retain relationships with patients by treating every patient the way you’d want your friends and family to be treated
- Perform skin analyses and evaluation on clients
- Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up
- Administer injections of appropriate dermal fillers and neurotoxins to address patient’s aesthetic concerns
- Experience with lasers, or willingness to learn, is required
- Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures
- Have thorough knowledge of skin care and cosmetic products in order to appropriately develop patient prescriptions
- Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Team oriented
- Highly knowledgeable in medical aesthetic services and treatments
- 1+ years of aesthetic experience preferred
- Med Spa, physician office, dermatology or plastic surgeon industry experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment
- Passion for helping patients and providing great care
- Communicate with professionalism, honesty, and kindness
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
