The Ultrasonographer performs a variety of ultrasound exams including abdomen/small parts, OB/GYN, breast, vascular, and a variety of diagnostic procedures. The department provides predominantly outpatient services but care is also provided for inpatients and the Intensive Care Unit. Qualified candidates would provide the highest level of care and service to our patients and would exemplify Whidbey General Hospital’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The Ultrasound department provides staff coverage seven (7) days a week, with call rotation to cover times outside of the daily schedule. At least two (2) years of experience is preferred. Must be a graduate of an AMA approved training program and have active ARDMS registration. Additional compensation is available for advanced education and certification.
