We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and collect patient medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Educate patients about self-management of their conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Qualifications:
- MSN Degree from accredited school or University
- MUST Have Family Practice Experience
- Licensed as an FNP in California
