Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Shifts: All – 8hrs/shifts
Per Diem: All shifts
Number of needs: 6+
Pay rate: $28/hr
Positions to start: Early July
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Resume
- LPN - PA license (in good standing)
- Sub-Acute/SNF/Long-Term Care experience (1+ year)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- 2 Current references (RN managers)
- 2-Step PPD (within the last 12 months)
- Current physical (within the last 12 months)
- Vaccination record: MMR, Varicella, Hep B
- Must be able to pass criminal clearance check/background check
- Must be able to pass urine drug screen
