Key Duties & Impact:
- Drive excellence in patient care by performing specialized CT examinations including cardiac, TAVI, and research protocols
- Contribute to improved patient outcomes through precise imaging and attention to detail
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal diagnostic results
- Champion radiation safety protocols while maintaining high-quality imaging standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency
- Support trauma response efforts as part of a Level 1 trauma center
- Mentor and guide newer team members to foster departmental excellence
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAHEAJRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT or NMTCB certification with advanced certification in CT
- Experience with CT technology and protocols, particularly in a hospital setting
- Strong patient care skills and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles and ALARA practices
