Job Summary
This is a 30-hour per week clinical position in the Michigan Medicine Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Psychology at Mott Children’s Hospital. The appointment involves participation within a multidisciplinary team with clinical responsibilities to provide direct billable clinical work and care coordination in evaluating and treatment disorders of incontinence in children and adolescents.

Responsibilities*
- Conduct initial assessments of behavioral factors contributing to elimination disorders in pediatric patients.
- Provide ongoing, evidence-based treatment targeting behaviors that interfere with progression towards continence.
- Provide psychoeducation and engage patients and families into treatment.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team and facilitate case coordination and communication to improve patient care.
- Assist in planning and delivery of education and outreach activities.
- Help develop and maintain clinical resources for patients, families and clinicians.
Required Qualifications*
- Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology and a State of Michigan Limited License as a Psychologist.
- Applicants should have advanced training in evidence-based behavioral treatments for children and adolescents.
- Experience and skills in case management and care coordination.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Qualifications*
- Background in principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Experience in providing parent management training to families.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with disorders of incontinence.
