Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of medical settings, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support. This role involves delivering nursing services under the general supervision of the Operations Manager or Nurse Coordinator and entering all services into the FOHS' Management Information System (MIS).
Nursing Assessments and Care:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to evaluate patient health and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders and established protocols.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
Clinical Procedures and Support:
- Assist with medical procedures, including catheter care, ostomy care, and airway management.
- Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care in emergency situations.
- Administer injections and vaccinations as required.
- Support family planning services and provide pediatric care as needed.
- Participate in hospital medicine practices and assist with mammography screenings.
Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and manage patient care.
- Ensure all services delivered under Type I and Type II agreements are accurately entered into the FOHS’ MIS.
- Maintain and update patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current CPR and AED certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in occupational health (OH) or related fields such as public health, community health, outpatient clinics, school nursing, or physician office nursing.
- Proficiency in medication administration, dosage calculations, and clinical procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and health information management.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

Compensation - Min: $60,000 | Max: $80,000
This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
