Job Description:
The Global Technology Change Governance & Oversight team is seeking a leader to drive horizontal efforts across the organization. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who will also step up and volunteer to support the Global Technology agenda, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and working with a diverse set of colleagues. To succeed in the role, you will have to be able to assess and understand data and processes at a detailed level, be able to package the analysis at the macro level, and have a knack for improving the work being performed.
Responsibilities:
- Experience running large programs with strong project management and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with adherence to the Enterprise Change Policy & Standard as well as the Software Delivery Lifecycle and ITIL methodologies.
- Operates effectively in a matrixed organization with proven ability to navigate and influence at all levels in the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, executive presence and ability to work with senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen with ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent analytical abilities and focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into relevant senior executive-level presentations.
- Independent thinker who is proactive and takes initiative to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to make the complex simple and tell the story through words, graphics, and effective presentations.

- Expert presentation skills and experience with MS Office, JIRA, Remedy, Adobe, SharePoint, and WebEx.
- Knowledge of the Global Technology organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with ITSM tools (Remedy).
- 5+ years of understanding of other ITIL Service functions - Incident and Problem Management.
- 5+ years in Product management.
- Experience with Change request (CRQ), impact analysis, readiness, risk, and consequence assessment.
- Experience creating Change documentation for review, ensuring change details are understood.
- Experience requesting a more in-depth review of upcoming changes, as required.
- Experience communicating upcoming changes throughout the organization.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings to debate and understand risks associated with change & the production environment.
Experience of Change Management Governance:
- Running/Attending Change Advisory Board meetings. Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate information security/cybersecurity risks/issues to senior management and potentially non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable understanding of Service Management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong reporting skills - Ability to produce analytical and performance reporting for Management consumption (Remedy/eSmart).
- Ability to perform Thematic Analysis – Strong trend analytical skills.
- Highly proficient/Expert skills in Microsoft Excel.
