- Day Shift – 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs
- Night Shift – 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs
- Patient Ratios – RN 5:1
- Type of equipment – GE wireless telemetry boxes and Welch Allen vital sign machines.
- EMR – MediTech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
- ACLS/BLS
- Basic EKG competency and experience with telemetry patients.
Preferred or nice to have:
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- No real procedures performed on unit due to it being a tele/med surg floor.
- IV starts, Foley starts, medication administrations, vital signs.
