The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine, along with the Cardiac and Vascular Institute (CVI), a multidisciplinary center at the Keck School of Medicine, is seeking a full-time general cardiologist. This is an opportunity to work with world-class cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists to provide exceptional medical care to patients of the San Gabriel Valley.
The annual base salary range for this position is $425K - $460K. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular medicine and have strong training in patient care. Clinical practice experience is preferred although exceptional new graduates will be considered. Must have level II training or board certification in echocardiography.
