- Number of Beds – 345 – 3 time Magnet Designation
- Number of Staff – float pool is about 80
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – RN and CNAs on most units
- Night Shift – RNs and CNAs on most units
- Patient Ratios – 1:5 days and nights varies between units - Estimated & never Guaranteed
- Type of equipment – various
- EMR – Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Strong Tele experience, must be 2 years
- Nice to Have – Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Varies between units – Large Cardiac Population – what 2 Tele Floors and a PCU
Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
